This was my first home build, and I wasn’t really sure what to expect or how complicated the whole process might be. I can say that very early on it was clear that I made the right decision in working with Harasym Developments. Mike and Milena are truly fantastic to work with, they provide as much support as you need as you work through every step of the process, from floor plan to the finishes. Mike was always available to answer any questions or offer recommendations on how to implement any new feature. Milena was so helpful with the finer details of the home, helping with colour choices and material selections and really ensuring that my new home was as beautiful as I envisioned it. I have to extend thanks to Shannon and Brian and all the trades, they were always incredibly helpful in making my home a reality and truly a pleasure to deal with. I’m proud of my new home and I can’t thank Harasym Developments enough for making it a reality. The quality and workmanship is excellent and we are extremely pleased with the total experience. Our initial plan, for our return to London from the United States, was to purchase a resale home where we could see exactly what we were getting. However, after meeting with you and discussing new home construction, we had enough confidence to trust that you would build a custom home without us being present during construction. You were very helpful in incorporating our ideas into the final design. Our confidence increased during the building phase when changes were discussed, agreed to and then implemented while we were 3000 miles away. I think I will always remember the day they picked out all the fixtures in the two hours before our return flight was to leave. There were very few items requiring attention on our walk through tour at closing and these completed quickly and satisfactorily. Since we took possession, all service requests were handled professionally and effectively. London is usually such a traditional oak and floral type of home market, a one-upmanship in conservatism. When a builder steps out of that mould, it is really worth noting, and congratulating you on that decisive move away from the wealth, mundane style that proliferates most of London's new upscale home building - A BOLD MOVE. The use of the natural birch doors, light interior colours, the use of stainless steel, and nickel finishes and halogen lighting, all pull together a clean, sleek and functional look for today.
